The Peniston Party rolls on.
A lot of talk on here about Ryan's level but he just beat the world no49. All these wins can surely only make him a better player going forward. He's totally earned these wins against the odds. No reason why he can't make the regular tour and top 100.

Peniston positively flourishing on the grass!  biggrin

Cam not so much:

QF:  Maxime Cressy (USA) WR 60 defeated (1) Cameron Norrie WR 12 by 5 & 5  bleh

Cressy's win over Dan would appear not to have been a fluke.  hmm

He's only gone and done it again. Wow. Ryan.

Am I right in saying that Grass is not Norrie's best surface overall?

Hard is his best really but he reached queens final last year on grass and can handle himself as well as anyone.

Fancy Jack to get revenge for the Surbiton matchup where he finished on one leg. Although I'm not counting Ryan out at all having watched that match!

Is there some sort of media blackout of Ryan? Cant see him v Jack on Primes match list.

They keep saying you can watch Jack v Ryan on Prime. But I can't see it in the list. They have started the match. Come on Prime sort it out.

Yeah agreed with this, making it even worse with their weapons grade trolling by constantly claiming it is available to watch.

 I've got it on Prime

First option - not titled Jack v Ryan - just the general stream

I have watched Ryan at Surbiton, Notts, Queens and here at Eastbourne and I have never known a player lose the 1st point of his service games so often.

My thinking is, by pointing it out, I'll have jinxed it and it'll stop happening  wink

Early break apiece. On serve, Jack 3-2* up.

I fancy Jack for the win today but so well done by both of them.
