It all went a bit flat after that first set: Cam never really threatened again. It pains me greatly to say this, but I dislike Kyrgios & his tattoos so intensely that I actually want Djokovic to win the title on Sunday! If only Matteo hadn't succumbed to Covid...
I thought it was a decent match. A gritty effort from Cam but his first service went missing for too long and his forehand was letting him down too often but he can be proud of his Wimbledon.

Totally agree with you regarding Kyrgios.
Not Cam's day but a great tournament overall and hopefully more to come going forward.
I thought there were three sets of pretty poor tennis overall
And then the fourth set actually had some decent ish play from both at the same time
Which was nice
Too late for Cam but he has had an amazing tournament
Cam had a fantastic tournament - he should feel very proud.
I actually think Court 1 was a better ticket than Centre today (typed from my desk where I was watching both at once!!)
It was a poor semi final of a grand slam by eithers standards. Cam would have won that if he played like he could. What a chance but as always we don't know what was going on behind the scenes /pressure etc As CD said, Cam only played well-ish in the last half of the forth set. Congrats for reaching the semi though. Brilliant effort
What an opportunity with Nole. Cam's jarring of his ankle seemed to stop his momentum and he didn't seem to get it back. Still a good tournament from him. I'll be interested to see his presser.
I'm not sure who I want to win on Sunday. Not much in it, I think I dislike Kyrios less than Nole, but not by much. Just hoping it'll be entertaining for the right reasons as well as the wrong ones!
Let's be honest Cam needed a miracle today. He's a good honest trier but he's not in the league of a 20 times Grand Slam champion and never will be. You have gotta give Cam credit for not capitulating when Djoko started to find something like his range, in that last set he really could have given up but he didn't, just be thankful that Djoko never hit the heights that he has done in the past at any time during the match.
To be fair Djoko hasn't hit those heights since he was sent home from Australia so maybe Nick has a chance on Sunday.
