Do hardcourt in bubbles count for the "most wins on grass" contest, if the tournament was nominally grass?

Vote here for the player you think will win the most grass court matches over the 2022 season - I am counting main draw and qualifying wins, incl the WC Play Offs; just singles.
NOTE - if play goes indoors in a grass court event, any wins gained indoors WILL count in this competition"
