Galarneau won first set and served for match twice only for Liam to break back both times and take set on a tiebreak. Into a decider.

Love Liam to bits but can't help it - the Canadian guy was SO close to winning, SO many times, and cramping out and on one leg by the end, and in front of his home crowd - I actually wanted him to win coz he deserved it

So, sad for Liam, but well done, Mr Galarneau, a gutsy performance

Billy has plenty of ITF titles but, from what I can see, his best Challenger result was the doubles SF in Surbiton this May.
