While for most of us PoM is yes to do with stories and expectations as well as level of titles, for myself Jaggy is partly right in it would need some story ( bigger than first challenger title ) for a challenger doubles title to rule the roost.

Only way a doubles win gets the player of the month is a 500/Masters minimum ATP title on a dry week.

Yes, he's not getting my vote but I'm very glad to see him on the list; it's a big achievement for someone who's only really just moved up to Challengers in the first place - and against the top seeds, ranked nearly 1000 places above them - well done, Bob (and Billy!)

Despite being delighted for him and nominating him, I won't be voting for him either.
Don't want to give too much away but how often in the history of GB tennis has someone successfully defended a Wimbledon title ?
