L56:  (9) Cameron Norrie WR 12 (CH = 10 in April) vs Brandon Nakashima (USA) WR 61 (CH = 49 last month)

L56:  Filip Krajinovic (SRB) WR 47 (CH = 26 in April 2018) vs Daniel Evans WR 40 (CH = 22 last September)

Winner will play Rublev (5).

L56:  (WC) Andy Murray WR 50 (CH = 1 in November 2016) vs (10) Taylor Fritz (USA) WR 13 (CH = 12 last month)

Winner will play Tiafoe or Benjamin Bonzi (FRA).

To be a wee bit pedantic, R1 is L56. Only the top 8 seeds have byes into R2 with indeed (9) Cam and (10) Fritz competing in R1.

Assuming Fritz will be well recovered, not a nice one for Andy.

Draper also in qualies, seeded 11 and starting off against Roberto Marcora WR 556. Seeded to meet Halys (7, WR 73) in the FQR or WR 98 Berankis.

Wondering why Kyle has not used his PR to enter. Perhaps he wants to save them for smaller tournaments where he has more chance of progressing and getting more matches under his belt.

 More likely he wants to get some match time and hence why he is playing the M25 in Columbus , Ohio this week coming. Or at least I think he is, according the seagulls entry lists.

Sorry about that.  Had the draw been up on the ATP site, it would have been more obvious, but I based the post on the what was showing on Wiki.

Good win for Jack. I remember seeing Marcora play Dan Evans in Marseille a few years ago. His policy seemed to be - hit it as hard as you can. And if that doesn't work, hit it harder. He was quite wild with his shot making and made a lot of UEs.

3 Q v Q spots in the MD and 2 others against Rune and Bautista Agut so a decent chance for Jack to get a reasonable draw.
