Actually I think the odds are it wouldn't quite. 

The title would take Arthur to 63 points at 12/09 and in their live rankings both live-tennis and OER already have 499 players at 64 points or more for 12/09 with quite a number of players that could take that up to 500 plus and leave anyone on 63 points without a seat at the table.
