Well done to my pseudo-Frenchie - having a great run

And if you're going to beat Billy, at least make it worthwhile - whichhe did

Well done! This must be a career high for Stuart when the points go on?

And he does it !!!!!!!

True, Cazaux retired in the second (he was out for a big chunk of the last 12 months with injury - might be the same)

But Stu had pretty much won it anyway, and it's a fab win !

Final: (Q) Stuart Parker WR 464 def. Arthur Cazaux (FRA) WR 432 (CH = 281 in April) 6-4 4-1 ret.

We have a good recent record of GB players qualifying and winning the title in this calendar week

Excellent stuff, good to see someone made the most of the 25k field this week. The highest ranked player he beat was Billy at 305. I see he is down for the Swedish 15k and 25k next, got to think certainly with the first one its kind of pointless given the big ranking rise this week. Up to the 350s, another outsider for the top 250 but would need another couple of similar results for that.
