Reaching the final would take Johannus to 66 points on Monday week, which at this stage looks as if it could just manage to be enough for top 500 but is very borderline.

Winning the title for 75 points would make sure.

Worth pointing out again that JoMo never got a junior ranking - only ever played in one junior event, to the best of my knowledge - a J5 in Edinburgh where he got thrashed in QR2

And yet, at 20, he's soaring up the rankings and threatening the top-500

As I mentioned on Monday, Friberg won the title in Danderyd last week, beating Giles in the QF & Jo in the SF on the way to it. He also beat Giles again this week, in the first round. He beat Added (3) in three.
