Slightly strange to see Joel Pierleoni here, in the doubles, along with Matt Howse - as wildcards - wonder why he didn't enter the qualis? (I like Joel's game)

And unfortunately they've drawn the top seeds

This is actually at the M15 at the same venue, Ive had to create a new thread.

So Matt Howse played here, in the 25k in qualis, lost, and then hot-footed it over to the 15k sign-in desk and put himself in for the doubles?

Brilliant biggrin

Pity. And Ali has 6 points coming off on 21/11 so even if he wins next week's Egypt M25 title it won't be enough for top 250 as it would just take him to 206 points on 21/11.

Ali is down for 3 more weaker 25ks in November so his target is clearly top 250 Oz Open qualifying. Billy and Stuart also targetting the 25ks for the same reason Id imagine. They would both need 3 title winning weeks to make it. Given the weakness of the fields this time of year there is always a chance.
