Week 47 - ATP Challenger 80 - Internazionali di Tennis Castel del Monte - Andria, Italy (indoor hard)

I hope I've got these details right.  They're not yet available on the ATP site!  furious

L32:  Ryan Peniston WR 153 (CH = 123 in July) vs Jay Clarke WR 216 (CH = 153 in July 2019)

QR1:  Gabriel Debru (FRA) WR 621 (CH = 539 last month) vs (q10) Stuart Parker WR 378 (CH = 346 last month)

The French lad is only 16.

Yes, he's a highly rated youngster - he'll be 17 next month so not just turned 16 - but still a very good ranking for one so young (his brother is at US college, Mathis)

But Stu just had too much for him....

QR1: (q10) Stuart Parker WR 378 def. Gabriel Debru (FRA) WR 621 7-6(1) 6-4

And the winner plays top seeded Fucsovics

FQR:  (q4/ALT) Evgeny Karlovskiy (***) WR 298 (CH = 211 in June 2019) vs (q10) Stuart Parker WR 378

Still no official draw on the ATP site, so the above is based on data shown by Tennis Explorer.  Not sure how reliable that particular site is.

Which is strange as the ATP app has the draws. Anyway here are the links to the pdf draws for you.

Thanks, Madadman.  I'd found another site showing the doubles draw & was already beavering away on that  (a bit more time-consuming than the ATP site!), so I didn't see your PDF links until after I'd posted the relevant draws!  Having looked at them, however, I'm relieved to see that the sites I did use were more or less accurate, the one missing bit of information being that Stuart's FQR opponent is an ALT, an omission I'm about to rectify.

Julian and Henry now down to play Alts. If someone signs in.

That's a career best ranking scalp for Stuart, I believe! , just edging his win against top seed Escoffier (then WR 289) in Shrewsbury in February.

Good draw he got the spot vacated by the 4th seed who withdrew.
