From nowhere Dan gets to 40-0 on Rublev serves, but no sniff saves it all with serving well and a Murray v KKK similar point where Evans defends to smashed volleys but sadly not similar to Andys miracle and cant stop the third. Rublev takes the game with a Jammy net cord and its 3-0 third set.

Big hold from Dan there to stop the rot of 7 games in a row. Had to save 5 break points and also consecutive double faults. Rublev still relentless and this will be done in 15 minutes realistically.

If you had said 4 years ago after the teary Murray retiral press conference that Andy would be the only remaining Brit in either singles tournament there would have been some confusion. But approaching the 4th round thats where we are.
