Quite relieved by that.  Kicker might not be at his peak but Liam is coming back from an injury layoff himself and could do with a comfortable opening match or two to find his rhythm.

Agreed, and that kicker has had a drug ban between his career high and now the ranking might not be an accurate reflection of ability, especially on clay. Obviously a qualifier has had matches already; but Id still prefer that!

Sometimes qualifiers are worse in a 1st round because the y have a chance to get their eye in on the court.
