Gonzalez saved a match point with a second serve ace - can be such fine margins. Murray and Venus's serve levels dropped in the second set, and Murray in particular was struggling.

Power to the Argentines though - their second title in 3 weeks and up to No. 3 in the race. Talking of the race, Gonzalez is one of four (!) 40 year olds in the Top 8 on the race with no one under 30. It has become a very different sport.
