It's actually meant to represent "hmm" rather than sadness.  I tend to use it whenever two Brits are drawn against one another in an event outside Britain.  Many on here would argue that that's a good thing, as it guarantees us at least one player in the next round, but I beg to differ.  I prefer to see the chances "shared", for want of a better word, more widely.

Finn has put a tweet up regarding the quality of the courts. The tournament is outdoors and the ball is just not bouncing going by the video he posted.

A follow up tweet also explains why it is not indoors

We have to play on these because the practice courts across the road are too dangerous with bumps and cracks. The indoors isnt lit well enough. Days prior to the event it was moved indoors but they changed it back the night before we started onto the courts that were unplayable.

That sounds disgraceful!  no  I see now that SofaScore is showing it as an outdoor event.
