Week 40 - ATP Masters 1000 - Shanghai, China (hard)

Pity but once it got back to 4-4 it looks as if Dan fought very well just to take it to the TB
In all he saved 12/13 break points and converted his only one.

6-7(1) *0-1

Wow!  Dimi (18/WR 19) has beaten Alcaraz in three sets (5-7 6-2 6-4).

The last 8 is unexpected to say the least - would love to see Dimitrov go on to win it. But its a proverbial crap shoot to be honest !

Hurkacz v Korda and Dimitrov v Rublev in the semis.

For Hurkacz and Dimitrov a title would put them into the battle for Turin, although still outsiders. Korda is probably too far away just now; Rublev looks certain to qualify.

I have a feeling about a Hurkacz v Dimitrov final with Hurkacz taking the title , but who knows?
