This week, there are 8 Brits left in the last 16, not as stacked as previous weeks in this little GB circuit. Looking at the draw, we have Hamish v Patrick that will generate a British QF and Dan Cox as 4th seed, but beyond those 2, any others getting into the last 8 will be a bonus

 Not been good for our top 500 contenders, with Anton withdrawing and then Kyle and Harry losing in R1. 

The returning Ali Gray could actually get into the top 500 if he was to take the title, though even then probably just for one week before he drops points the following week.

This last of the 3 domestic M25s is rather backing up any 20 in the top 500 pessimists out there
