Just realised that Ben Bartram and his Spanish partner reached the semis in the mens doubles, a brilliant result - well done to them!

Alfie and Andy are in respective singles semis and Alfie and Gordon and Andy with Guy Sasson in doubles - Andy in the quad final.

Real battle for Alfie, 5 all in third set with Fernandez. The Argentine is a man mountain, his upper body and biceps are big. Engrossing match.

Very intense match. Thing in wheelchair tennis is the top players are clearly the top ones and so there are a number of deep and long rivalries. Could be so marketable. Hope the BBC go in on the final, tomorrow. Court one surely? Id love to see it post the mens final on centre one year, but it probably wont happen.

In the other mens semi, its one set all between Oda and de la puente.

After singles, Oda is scheduled for doubles and then whichever pair wins is then due back on for another doubles with Ben and partner. Final scheduled for tomorrow.

Can easily see Oda giving a walkover in one of those doubles!

And de la puente pulled off the upset and beat Oda!

Alfie versus de la puente

Its England versus Spain part one on Sunday!

Alfie is 21-1 career head to head against the Spaniard. But the Spaniard is a good player!
