Poor Sonay won SF1 but looks like her voters generally went with someone from SF2 for the final. There were 9 votes for SF1 qualifiers, 37 for SF2 qualifiers.

The 46th vote was for Anna. I did wonder about awarding her an extra 10 votes to mark that record, taking her to 16. But maybe not

Ha, yes, I horribly fell down on my new role by being away from the forum at the crucial moment. Jon should sack me. 

Well done Indy for rustling up those final votes.

And congratulations to Kyle and Luke. (I voted for Luke but I was also very pleased by Kyle's "comeback", so happy with the outcome!)

And I think its also great that we were able to recognise our first para tennis nomination with a place in the final, she and her parents should be proud of that.

The 46 votes was good to see - last month was 34 and we had 33 a couple of times last season with several 40 plus votes and a 45. Player of the season last year beat all records with 54 in the final, which was excellent and probably wont be matched by a player of the Month vote - a few members signed up just for that.

But 46 restores faith and shows the interest is largely there; the vote pattern was strange though as it went through a complete lull from yesterday Pm through to late am today with maybe one or two votes coming in, and then took off again this afternoon.
