Its 2025 - the first grass entry list is out though, for Birmingham Challenger

www.dartsrankings.com/tennis/birmingham

14 of the top 100 in the field, may reduce of course as FO proceeds. Billy in main draw list

As the grass season starts in 2 1/2 weeks, I will be posting the 2025 grass wins prediction game after the Monday rankings are released next week.

For the last 3 years, the players with most wins have been:

2022 - 16 wins - Dan Cox; 10 wins - Andy Murray and Stuart Parker

2023 - 13 wins - Dan Cox; 11 wins - Andy Murray, Billy Harris, Charlie Broom

2024 - 14 wins - Billy Harris; 9 wins - Jake Fearnley and Paul Jubb

There is of course no Dan Cox (and no ITF grass events) and no Andy Murray this year; Billy though has proven himself to be the grass court King in 2024, but with strong competition this year, I expect!

In 2024, we had 89 grass court wins over main draws and qualies for British men singles players. 2 people predicted Billy to top the tables last year and so go into 2025 as our de facto defending champions

Namely, Tanaqui and Bob in Spain.

Bob is back to the board just in time to have a go this year, so let the competition begin, with the votes going up next week!

Stuttgart and 's-Hertogenbosch entry lists are out, Jake is 5th alt in both lists.

Those events will go up against Ilkley, expect to see a good number of Brits in that event this year as it no longer clashes with Queens or other events for wild card entries

The poll for the 2025 grass court wins prediction game will be going up tomorrow- just two weeks until the grass season starts in earnest!
