 Liam does indeed miss out with what was the 4th Alt pre freeze getting in due to higher ranking. Do find it a rather silly rule that 24 hours can change the order of priority for a tournament.

The exact same thing happened to him as well a couple of years ago at Rome Masters qualifying.
