US College Signings

In recent years a thread has been started to cover the US College signing for the following season that then morphs into the General college thread for that season. I'm thinking maybe have a dedicated thread for college signings (this thread) and start a separate thread for discussion of the season's action and general chit chat when the 2025/26 season gets under way. Anyway we'll see next summer. For now this thread will cover any new signings for Spring 2025 and the 2025/26 season.

I'll keep this first post updated with the full list of signings of those still to start

Can add Eleanor Cochran, DePaul, 24-25. They have 4 Brits on women's roster this year.

Good decision from Isabelle, stalled recently so this might be what she needs to continue improving.

Daniella and Marelie have now signed their athletic aid agreements to commit to South Carolina and Northwestern respectively.

Daniella's head coach said
"We are excited to welcome Daniela to our program," Epley said. "She will bring talent and big explosive game to the our program, and it was clear from her recruiting visit that she is very thoughtful and tennis savvy. Daniela has tremendous potential, and we know she will not only push herself but also elevate the team as a supportive and dedicated teammate."

Marelie's head coach said
"We are absolutely thrilled to have Marelie join the squad," said Pollard, "she's tenacious, gritty, and plays with passion and heart. She really gelled with the team on her visit and there's no doubt she's going to be an integral part of our program."

Since National Signing Day these commitments have been announced:
Francesca Simpson signs for Coastal Carolina.

Erin Pearce signs for Vanderbilt
"Erin instantly connected with the team on her official visit this fall," assistant coach Jack Findel-Hawkins said. "She has multiple weapons on the tennis court and competes with great intensity. She also has a great sense of the doubles court, and we know that she is going to have a fantastic career here as a Commodore."

Heidi Crncan commits to Colorado
"For Heidi [Crncan] tall, big game, I think her game translates well to indoor tennis," Pham on Crncan. "I think she's had good coaching, but I think her training regimen has been somewhat limited. I think when she gets into our program, we expect her game to continue to flourish."

Not come across any male signings since National Signing Day yet.

If having 18 players on their roster wasn't enough, Wake Forest add Charlie Robertson to start this semester

Parsabombs
Charlie Robertson (UTR 13.55) has signed with @WFMensTennis and will join the Demon Deacons for the spring of 2025. The 18-year-old has an ITF juniors career-high ranking of #8 and ATP rankings of #1204 in singles/#1333 in doubles. Also is ranked #1 in Great Britain's U18 rankings.

Isabella Walker has signed for Louisiana Tech for 2025/26.

Louisiana Tech is coached by Amy Sargent, a fellow Staffordshire, who has had a range of college assistant coach jobs since graduating from Florida State in 2013 and is in her 2nd year as head coach at Louisiana Tech.
"I am absolutely thrilled with the signing of Isabella Walker," said Sargeant. "Throughout the process, I found that Issy and I walked a very similar path and experience as a junior tennis player. Issy and I grew up in the same county and shared similar coaching styles and beliefs. Most importantly, we share a humble mentality through family and hard work."
