I don't know what happened here but it seems Jizel was playing more than just the opponent today. A message she received from someone who watched the match says
"...as an Indian I want to say a big sorry for the unfairness I saw against u."

She replied the message means a lot to her and she was "so disappointed to experience what I did. Thank you for standing up & recognising my effort despite the circumstances
& to those that spoke to me after the match with your kind words: I needed it. Thank you"
