Both matches are 4th on their respective courts. Play is scheduled to start at 11am local or 1am GB time, so they should be on court sometime after 4:30am (TNNS prediction) or more likely around 5:30.
That's a tough draw for Harriet. She played in the Indian league and returned to the UK, so she hasn't given herself much rest or time to acclimate. Hon had a good end to the season too.
Heather also seems to have left it late to travel, but Arango has only played on clay for the last 4-6 months.
Oh well. Hope for better in Melbourne... She is dropping a lot of points though from her final in Canberra last year. Maybe she should have gone there again.

I thought Harriet was playing pretty well, just that Hon was more consistent and very solid.
I got the impression that Harriet's second serve has improved a lot from last season - more pace and accuracy.
Surprised neither of them are in the doubles. I'm increasingly confused as to what Heather's focus is just now - does she think she can get back into top 100 singles? Why isn't she playing doubles in these big events where she could make the cut and easily push up into the top 40 quite quickly?
