Another vote for Jodie from me. I have particularly admired the measured way she has dealt with her comeback programme.

20 votes so far and 5 players have votes. Ill do scores on doors back end of tonight - last December we managed 34 votes so expecting it will be quieter than average month until we then pick up for the player of the season after new year.

And please do say when you vote and who for, if you feel you would like to - it attracts others to the vote and saves me droning on!

battle for second place warming up.

23 votes now and still a clear leader. 4 of the remaining players have votes with a new player/s in second place now.

I found this hard this month as it has less standout performances and lots more worthy contenders for achieving their own personal high, but ended up landing on Jodie, as hers probably was the biggest performance - shame she started 2025 with a less impressive performance but that is one for January and not December!

Yup! Jodie for me .. what you've said sums it up for me too

This was one of the easiest POMs for me to decide this year. I thought Jodie's autumn comeback program was extremely well thought out and executed, enabling her to progress steadily and culminating in that win in Dubai. She gets my vote and hopefully renders superfluous my nomination for a POS wildcard.

If it stays like this, 3 players will gain PoS berths and leave the residual wild card nominees to fight for one single place!

time for bed - 30 votes reached, still a good whole day left and two overnights, so could all change - well, maybe not at the top but certainly for second place.

around half way now. Vote closes Tuesday morning, 8.55am is when the timer is set for!
Second place and a place in the PoS vote still up for grabs, very much so.

Ill put some names to the scores this evening - long drive down to Kent for New Years break today! Timing lovely as 60 mile an hour winds seem likely to batter the south east coast tomorrow and New Years Day!
