It appears that R1 play actually starts on.Sunday, so perhaps a Saturday night UK time deadline for entries?

Yeah, I was thinking I might change it.

In fact, I will set the deadline timer now in the poll and make it 5.15pm close Saturday. I will edit the opening post to reflect

We have 15 votes now, but another anonymous one has come in - please say if you vote so we can track and anoint a winner!!

For what it is worth, tennis abstract rates 4 womens and 5 mens wins overall, 9 in total in singles.

I've just 'calculated' ( says he laughingly ) 4 men's singles plus 6 women's singles.

( I guess I am one down for Jake. As I said in the tournament thread  I think he will win 0 or 2 so I called it 1  )

Anyone know when the doubles draws are due?

I thought I had voted but I must have forgotten to press the post button

Gentlemen perhaps four singles, the doubles was always good but seems to have gone off the boil four.
Ladies singles five (optimistically) but only two in doubles
Mixed, who knows perhaps two

So in total 17

19. No idea why. Seems on the low end but could be anywhere really!

16 entries so far - dont be shy, entries close tomorrow at 5.15 pm, just 30 mins before Leeds and Harrogate kick off.

As reported by GAMEOVER, Simon Briggs forecasts 7 wins for Brits over the event, 3 each for Katie and Jack, 1 for Jake.

Let's hope he is overly pessimistic.

Remember, entries close tomorrow, have a go folks!

Worth noting, there is also a year long ranking table for this over the 4 slams. In line with the Grand Prix in Formula One, the top 10 closest predictions will get ranking points and the player with the most points at season end, wins a massive prize.

So that should be an incentive to enter this and enter the other 3 this season as well!!

Go for it!!

I went for a fairly conservative 21 to celebrate the cat hopefully reaching this grand old age on Monday!

Have you changed that Jon?  I thought it was 5.15pm on Sunday?
