Hep was a set and 5-1 down, got back to 6-5*, saved 3 match points in the breaker. Lost anyway

 Shame

Joy is a year older than Hep and a similar, slightly better perhaps, profile.

She lost to Mimi in R1 of Junior Wimbly last year - but won the J200 in Aldershot, beating a whole list of Brits

Got up to JR 35

Not the greatest day with Lois, Emma and Hep getting beaten and Alice about to lose

Well, that's a bundle of laughs

I didn't expect Lois or Hep to have much chance

But I'd hoped for at least one of Emma or Alice to get a win

The ITF scores are getting worse by the day - Esther's match was stuck midway through the first set and I couldn't get the website to update. She lost 4 & 4

The live stream for Tegan's match isn't working. Tegan had 9 chances to break her opponents serve and only took 2. Her opponent had 4 chances and took 3. 5-7.

Every time they play in the North East, the live stream either buffers or fails.

Tegan lost 5-7 1-6

Tegan had 9 break points and converted 2, her opponent had 6 break points and converted 5.
So of the 15 key points Tegan took 3 and her opponent 12. Tegan's break points were spread across several games and the result could have been very different. Nevertheless a very good match for Tegan against the 7th seed.

It's working ok, you just have to access the courts from the men's scoring. Been the same with a few other dual events (although they've now fixed the problem in Luxembourg).

Worth a try if anyone is wanting to watch or replay, as annoying as it is.

Started with 10, just Ella through so far.
Ranah is in a 3 setter and the other match is an all GB affair.

So max of 3 out of 10 is not a great return.

Glasgow won't be much better next week I fear. Looks a stronger field with less British interest. Does feel a big gap in that 250-500 range of girls who should be doing good things in these events just now.
