I remember Katy posting on Twitter that she and Beth had found Steven. That was before I found this forum I think.

Yes, I remember Steven posting about it after Katy outed him, with a picture of Katy, Beth and him.

 Yes. Good ol' times biggrin

I still have a copy of that photo  wink

Paul Jubb was at the NTC today, watching the M25 event - looked fine, to the eye, no obvious injury gubbings, but presumably there's an issue cry

He had a couple of mates with him, and it's SO quiet at the NTC - it's difficult to talk, you feel you have to whisper all the time (well, unless you're Liam and his opponent on the court - or Greg R from the stands - everyone else just whispers

True, the NTC is rather quiet, apart from the game noise of course. I'm not that keen on indoor events (often watch streams with the sound off), so usually it has been outdoor tournaments when I have spoken to players.

Yes, outdoor ones are more relaxed

And more space - the indoor ones with long skinny walkways mean you can't really step back from the courts to talk properly (even to the person you're with)

And if you've got a seat, or they've got a seat, you'd have to get up and go and bend over to talk to Paul, for instance, or kneel down, it'd be weird, and there's not much space for people to get past...... all complicated.....or all my excuses biggrin

Confirmed that Emma has a MD wildcard into Dubai, seemingly, with Jane O'Donoghue there as coach

Katie has another late withdrawal from Dubai (she was on the players page yesterday but not today).

I wonder if JoMo and Henry have withdraw from qualifying as they have wild cards?

There was a WC into Glasgow available for the British player in the preceding British tournaments that gets the most ATP points Henry has 48, Nottingham 44, Glasgow 1 and Roehampton 3. No one can surpass this so he has a WC if he wants one. Id imagine JoMo might get one and then whoever reaches the final in Roehampton the other two?

For a 35K, entries are very strong for Manchester.
Marni Banks is the only direct entry, but Mika seems certain to have a MDWC. Given Emily Appleton is not entered in the doubles, I would assume she has a MDWC.
Unless there are loads of withdrawals, qualifying looks loaded

Vic Allen, Esther Adeshina and Brooke Black are DA's into doubles, so will have either QWC or MDWC
