Hearing good things about Patrick Brady, so expecting a few decent results this week.
About a year ago, Jaggy and I had an ongoing converstaion about Patrick
Jaggy argued - justifiably - that his game is more than the sum of its parts
I've watched him (Patrick, not Jaggy ) be very agile, a good engine, a decent game that could easily get up towards the 500 mark
But I'm still not convinced
(By neither him nor his brother, tbh, though it's sweet to see them both playing here together)
It's his serve that still needs work, the rest of his game is very good.
Maybe
He's obviously still very slender
Which will change - He's only 20
And I'm very happy to pitch him at 500 level
He's got a great tenn8s background, of course, I knew his dad
But I saw him lose in the first round of Aldershot last year, and then in the first round of both the French challengers - it didn't really help in changing my longer term view
