Just a note if anyone is planning to attend on the weekend, parking will be problematic as Snow Patrol are on next door on Sat and Man City play Liverpool on Sunday. Plus the National Cycling Champs are sold out across the road over the weekend

Ranah made such a bad start to the MTB but I did think mid way through she was going to still take it. Got away that one I think.

Emma made a good fist of things but nothing to show for it in the end.
