The double bounce at 1-1 in the third set will be talked about. Alcaraz seemed to concede but if he didnt, Im not sure it went the right way. However, despite that he played very well in the 3rd set and deserved it in the end.
Yes, that was bizarre. Lahyani made two mistakes. Firstly, calling not up when it was, and then awarding the point to Draper when he said his call came after Alcaraz had played the ball. He was watching the replay without sound! But the fact was that the call didn't distract Alcaraz, and he was right to concede.
Surprised that VAR doesn't have audio ability, although I guess not usually necessary with the absence of line judges.
So Jack is live 8 but will go down to 9 if he loses the final which doesn't happen very often.
Well, would just drop back because Rune is within the additional 350 points of him. Does happen when final opponents are quite close to each other in live rankings points. Came into IW ranked 14 so great to see, whether he leaves lW at 7 ( if he wins the final ) or 9 ( if he loses it ). Let it be as a WR 7 IW Masters Champion.
