Certain drug problems (in cycling, East European athletics etc) are well-known

But this took me by surprise:

the Norwegians (the Norwegians - our bastion of peace talks, and nobel prize, and everything else! ) have been caught blatantly cheating at the Nordic Ski World Championships

And not just one athlete as a rogue bad apple, but sanctioned, authorised cheating by the actual federation
