Does the LR todays title then, presumably because there arent any rankings published until next week?

Yes, as with Jay in India, both this week's title and his previous week's title points are included.

Probably be fine for top 300 for Monday week, with it just being Challengers ( further Miami points are not really relevant ) that will add further points next week.
