Angelica actually withdrew from next week on 27/04 (Sunday) so presumably she can only play if she's got a WC. Unless she signs into qualifying as an alt, but that would be very odd and unlikely.
And yes, Alice is Q1 on the acceptance list but there is one slot + the SE's available so she's in.
