I've just noticed that the forum had 11343 visitors in the last 24 hours, and a check on the member list shows that 104 of those were registered members.

We get used to seeing the same people posting in here and forget how wide the audience really is.

But sadly the additional 11200 or so can't join even if they wanted to!!

And even more sadly, of those 104, only 34 voted in the PoM vote! Dang. Where are you guys?!

I haven't heard back either

And, sheddie, just wondering, how much is the upgrade? I mean, how much are we talking ? And is it a yearly licence upgrade or a one-off or what?

I see that there was a new member joined today (and has posted spam). Is the issue now resolved, or has the system been hacked ? !!

I just tried registering my husband to test the system out. The following message appeared -

Thank you for registering

Your account has been activated and you may begin using the forum.

I then tried logging him in but was told that the username/password were incorrect. I tried twice.

He registered as Fentiger if it is possible to check he is there.

Yes, he is showing as joining around 15 minutes ago (just before my previous post). The first of the three new members posted a couple of spam messages, but they are gone now.

This is Sheddie using a new test account - looks like we're back and able to get new members again!

In terms of the guests - this website ranks 'No.2' for British Tennis on Google after the LTA which is why I think the traffic is pretty decent.

Well done, Sheddie

And well done everyone who wrote emails (me included )

It does make a difference

Now, if newbies would please note not to use Americanisms (SC REALLY doesn't like them biggrin), to please vote in ALL of Jon's polls (it is mandatory ), not to be TOO obviously bored when I twitter on about whichever issue has worked me up, and to be avid listeners to all my old stories which I can now regurgitate to a new audience, to provide some good word puns (we like them), and generally be a 'good egg', that'd be great biggrin
