Week 21 - ATP Challenger 50 - Mzuri Open - Tbilisi, Georgia (hard)

QR1:  Harry Wendelken WR 509 (CH = 466 in October 2023) vs (q11) Tibo Colson (BEL) WR 469 (CH = 465 in March)

QR1:  (q4) Stuart Parker WR 432 (CH = 346 in October 2022) vs (qWC) Semen Pankin (***) WR 959 (= CH)

QR1:  (q5) Giles Hussey WR 453 (CH = 304 last August) vs Cem Ilkel (TUR) WR 528 (CH = 144 in November 2021)

According to Darts, JoMo, Ryan P, Charlie Broom, George Loff, Henry Searle, Charlie Robertson & Toby Samuel + possibly Ali Gray should be in the main draw, with JoMo the top seed.  Charlie B should also be in the doubles alongside Ben Jones (third seeds), as should Tom Hands & Mark Whitehouse & Harry W with Kelsey Stevenson.

Would Charlie be there? He is playing in the semis and maybe final of the NCAA Team event in Texas this weekend, he may well get over there but it seems a stretch to get to Eastern Europe.

Just a guess, but could CO be a College entry? I seem to remember something about booster entries being available for top college players?

NG is a Next Gen entry thing, space allocated to a Next gen player.

CO must be a college entry pass I think?

L32:  (CO) Toby Samuel WR 1343 vs (Q) Martin Damm (USA) WR 740 (CH = 175 in April last year)

All rankings up to date.

Andaloro did a fair bit of damage in Nottingham a couple of weeks ago, beating Strombachs, the second seed, in the second round after he retired at 1-5 in the third set, Henry in the QF in three sets, then Giles in the semi in two, before succumbing to Charlie B in the final...
