So seagull was right about Paul, but no Okonkwo or Baker, who withdrew on 17th May & has the letters "PWLWQD" against his name in the acceptance list, whatever they mean.

Makes sense. I took the "QD" to stand for "qualifying draw", but couldn't make sense of the first four letters.

Usually that's PFLWQD - Post Freeze late withdrawal from qualifying draw.

Things just not working for Paul at the moment.
