Billy played very well in sets 2 & 3.
Good to see him getting his mojo back

Pleased to see Billy take that. Not surprise JoMo went down, sadly. 2 more to come today?

Jay going well, set and 3-0 up. Opponent is unknown to me, presumably college or junior entrant? Nonetheless, a win for Jay will be good.

Time for sleep- hopefully Evo can get this second set back and then see it home. Hopefully.

Thats a disappointment though not a surprise. Through the grass season it felt Evo had got his game back and was getting wins again, but past Wimbledon its all gone back to losing again. Darn.

Jan has a better chance as he now faces Collarini an Alt.

Very bizarre withdrawal here from Atmane who was a revelation in Cincinatti and apparently has flown to New York.

Atmane withdrawing also pushes Ryan up to alt 1, I believe. If anyone else pulls out today, then Ryan gets a last minute call to go and play.

I suppose if you pull out on site you get some money. I guess having played 8 matches in Cincinnati he probably thinks his chances of getting through 3 qualify rounds are not that great especially if he has a niggle or is feeling a fit fatigued. The points for qualifying will not be that great relative to his ranking position now either. Rest up and he should make the draws of 250s and some 500 draws now.
