Dont think anyone expected Emma to get a W today, but Julian and Lloyd losing was a blow and to the potential total number of wins as well as just today.

Literally true re Emma ( in not as such an expected win ), but possibly not true in how it comes across in that I am sure I am far from alone in thinking she had a pretty decent chance ( and she was only 6/4 against on a well known betting site ). But unfortunately Rybakina was apparently really firing and Emma not quite at her best and it ended up a very straightforward win. It wasn't unreasonable though to have had hopes of another couple of wins for Emma.

Is it too late to change my predictions to 10 wins?!

 Go on Jon, allow it.

Jake pulling out of doubles doesnt help although not sure what I expected of them!

If anyone wonders, if we land on 17 or less (just saying) the top 10 predictors will run through to 23 wins voted for. Just saying.

I don't want it for myself. I'd just love to see some contenders have their prediction changed to 10  biggrin

As is stands our maximum number of wins looks to be around 39 now. Could start to eat some of our top end voters up over the weekend.

FINAL LIST

17 Telstar
18 Brendan F
19 DF, Danny1312
20 mdewey, Var, Brittak
21 Johnny Aitch, + 1 Anonymous
22 The Addict
23 goldfish, 9vicman, Vhughes
24 Emmsie69, Canda, Elegant Point, SuperT
25 Tanaqui, Jan, Miriam abc, Danten
26 MrTSymonds, Indiana
27 JonH Comes Home, Blue Belle
28 Julia Carrot
29
30
31 Ralfie

I am counting 31 as the maximum number of wins now.

10 in the bag

4 more womens doubles

17 more mens doubles

requires a mens doubles champion and some stellar performances and Sonay and Katie to win the womens!

suspect the top number will fall quickly from this point and Ralfie, and others wont see the weekend through as contenders - me lost

Jamie and Henry todays only players though.

Overall, left with Sonay/Katie, Luke, Joe/Neal, Marcus, with Jamie and Henry still to start.

If all the results go with rankings from this point, 18 wins is looking like the benchmark as we stand. Brendan F in the box seat?!

It is Sonay and Katie, not Jodie.

I do apologise to Sonay (and jodie) as that had completely passed me by. Ive assumed its been Jodie all week long!

I guess the point remains though about the number of wins, etc.
