Weeks 35 & 36 - US Open - Flushing Meadows, New York, NY, USA (hard) - main draw

Cam seems happy with where he is at, good to hear. From the BBC

A heart-to-heart with his team followed. The collective conclusion was the group needed to lighten up a little, vowing to enjoy life on tour more again.
Since then, Norrie has reached the French Open fourth round - where he lost to Djokovic - and the Wimbledon quarter-finals.
Even another defeat by Djokovic did not leave him overly disappointed, given where he found himself earlier this year.
"It has been fun - I wouldn't change anything in this tournament," said Norrie.
"There is so much to smile about."

Djokovic's level was pretty high last night and Norrie played well generally. I would agree, much to be happy about over the year from his poor form prior.
Fearnley's serving and shoulder more a worry now for Smith. The week off will be good for him to reset and hopefully if he's in the squad, the DC may provide the shield to straighten out that serve.

Typical that he should wait until the match against Cam to turn it on!  furious  I suppose his first two slightly dodgy matches helped him get back in better shape.  hmm

For the record:

L32:  (7) Novak Djokovic (SRB) WR 7 defeated Cameron Norrie WR 35 by 6-4 6-7(4) 6-2 6-3

Creditable effort.
