 If you have a Now TV subscription then https://www.nowtv.com/watch/sports/ATP-WTA-Tennis-Live-and-Upcoming  (just click on Louis Armstrong stadium).  I imagine there is something similar with a Sky subscription, but I have never found an option for a free stream of US Open junior matches
