 A real shame for Ciara - or a really impressive effort, whichever you prefer - or maybe both 

She lost 4-6 5-7

But she really had that second set - she served for it, had SPs, was absolutely in the match, but was just a little slow on her feet at times - she has a good arm and a good eye, but is not quite precise or dynamic enough with her feet 

But, looking at the bright side, it was a very close match and most definitely deserved to be taken into a third
