Am I right in thinking this is another 2 week event and therefore there won't be a rankings update next week? Thank you.

It is. And the live ranking sites are fixed on 06/10 as the next rankings date so yes presumably there will be no 29/09 update.

Sonay and Katie's minimum guaranteed year end ( and Aus Open MD entry list date ) points are now 757 and 754 respectively ( Emma is on 1498 and Fran 912 ).

So with the current WR 100 on 737 points, it looks more and more likely that we will have 4 direct entrants to the Aus Open.

Katie is third on Lotus court tomorrow after a 6am start so she will probably be on after 9am. Sonay and Emma play sometime on Saturday.

 The previous two matches involve Rybakina and Paolini, so might not last three hours !

Doesn't Jodie still have a PR to use that would get her into the MD.

Liv and Tereza are first on Court 4 with a start time of 4am. Guess I won't be watching the match.

 It can only be used within one year of her return to competition.

 She did.  Doesn't feel like she's been back that long.

 Good win. Gain a place to 11th in the race. Guessing top 8 is too much Of a stretch ! 

I see 5 pairs are already qualified for tour finals, based on LTRs numbers, looks like being strong finals this year.
