Liam strikes me as someone who needs a lot of matches. Because hes not a big guy with a big game, hes at his very best when his UE count is very low and he can out move and out last his opponents. To me, that game style needs lots of matches in the tank. Unlike a Kyrgios, say, who can turn up and still blast through people with his serve and FH even if he makes a lot of errors.
