So it looks as though Cash and Glasspool need only a single round-robin win in Turin to sceure the year-end ATP No. 1 team ranking.

The ITF World Champions honour is slightly more complicated as events are weighted differently and they have one Slam title to Granollers and Zeballos's two.

A very open doubles year with a few injuries among the leading pairs and inconsistent form.

I suspect Henry and Harri will be more interested in taking the Turin title and have given up the ghost on the race title. Theyll be pleased just to be winning titles  of this stature and to get a first win over J and L in the process.

Absolutely. They have had a disappointing year since Melbourne. It's all about the titles.

They don't publish a points table, but greater weight to bigger events, particularly the Slams, plus takes into account team competitions, and in Olympic year, the Olympic Tennis Event.

The Paris surface played at exactly 1.0 rating this season versus 1.3 last, showing the speed drop. Bang on average.

Basel is the fastest on tour this season so far - Metz usually plays slowish and Athens we dont know about yet. Turin is usually quite quick, one of the quickest, be interesting to see what it is like this year
