It is the start of the North American swing which ends the ITF Junior top level events for the year. There are two tournaments in Mexico, followed by two in the USA, the last being the prestigious Orange Bowl. Ophelia Korpanec Davies has come through qualifying, having been given a wildcard (she withdrew or was withdrawn 2 weeks ago, so either changed her mind or there was some misunderstanding), and takes on an American of similar ranking.
