I thought maybe it was a bit to do with a lack of new members, but I think theres a hardcore of 30/40 people who take part in these things , vote etc and other people around the board dont tune into them for whatever reason, with a number dropping off from a year or so ago.
But the 30/40 who do take part and who vote, they are the core of the board and to be cherished! And will make it a fun competition!
