Yes, now 3 points for LL Melissa reaching the QF would currently take her up to an OER projected ranking of 1325 for 7 points from 5 counters.

As Miriam says, an unlikely going all the way to the title would be needed to get her to 19 points from 5 counters and close to the top 1000 though she would even then still just miss out based on the number of counters tiebreaker dividing these on 19 points.
