A quick question. I keep coming across 18 year olds in the ITF draws that have a junior ranking. When exactly do they lose that ranking - do they keep it for the rest of the calendar year ? I assume they aren't eligible for junior events from their 18th birthday, so is it just valid for ITF senior events (eg Junior Reserved places) ?

They are eligible for junior events and will hold a junior ranking for the whole year in which they reach their 18th birthday.

They are eligible for junior events and will hold a junior ranking for the whole year in which they reach their 18th birthday.

For full clarity, as you no doubt guessed, I meant whole calendar year. If a player's 18th birthday is in December, they are out of juniors by the start of the next month.
