Everybodys is pure guesswork! Whos isnt?! Its finger in the air time little dash of inspiration thrown in to the mix!
Ha, you say that every time! Some of us do try to assess it, and especially if draws are out, predict matches and potential matches. Now we are often ruddy hopeless at doing so, and at times finger in the air would work better, but just saying ...
probably to reassure myself that I am not alone in just "throwing it out there"!
18 entries so far. Strikes me as a good turnout already at this stage, keep them coming. Entries close at midnight Saturday 17th ( that's the end of Saturday for anyone similar to a friend of mine who thinks that could be taken as the start or end of Saturday )
Still looking for reveals from our 2 anonymous voters, and for Sheddie and anonymous 1 to fix on a number.
15 or less - Sheddie (?), anonymous (?) 17 - Bagel 18 - telstar 19 - sliced backhand 20 - DF 21 - Elegant Point 22 - Brendan F, goldfish, Danny1312 23 - tramlines 24 - Tanaqui, the addict, anonymous 25 - Pierrot, Coup Droit 26 - Bob in Spain 29 - Jon H

Very good early entry. And a good level of non anonymous votes as well! The message has got home. We always get an anonymous person go for the lowest win option, or often do. I wonder if it is the same person each time!
Looks like a little lull in entries for now, as we watch qualifying unfold, or in some cases implode, with the main draws to come.
So I'll just push the thread back up near the top again so it's not forgotten about.
When are you going to play your hand, Indy?
I see Goldfish (defending champ) and DF (world number one) have gone mid ground in terms of votes. And US Open champ, Telstar, has gone low, a strategy which served well in New York!
